Today went out with 23/07.. Meeting at somerset but along the way, I met liboon haha. At first I was like woah this tall guy came in the mrt, then I was like," he looked very familiar, is he liboon?" But fearing I was wrong, I did not say hello. So when he turned and recognition lit up in his eyes, he hesitantly asked, " katherine?" Then I am like liboon?! haha OMG he changed a bit from months or years ago? lol. But now looking at his pic, he looked like him la. Lol. He even embarrassed me!! Since I alighted at somerset and he alighted later at orchard, at my stop, it was super crowded and I could not really get out. So this 185cm tall guy was like, "MAKE WAY, MAKE WAY!" in a loud voice somemore!! WAH so embarrassed!!!! Can see all eyes turned to look at us lo. And he laughed somemore! KUKU! lol but nice to see old friends =)

Went to marche to eat. Oh my gawd, the things there are expensive and yep, anything you ordered would be credited into this guest card and then you would have to pay before you leave... like duh.. But hmm some stuff not bad, quite tasty though ex. I ate swiss rossi with chicken sausage, a chocolate mousse, and root beer. Costs me nearly $20!! Heart pain ahhh!



Seriously, I guessed it is just me, but I do not really like to socialise with people I am not really close to. I seriously had no topics to talk to them about, other than jac. I know, I should put in more effort and tried not to look so bored, but sometimes, I could not just help it. My personality is such that I would not really go and start a topic, I am more of a sit there and wait for people to start topic with me, unless I do not feel so strange or weird in the company. Jac said something that had me thinking, sometimes it is just a skill that one has to hone, where to talk with people for politeness, or just to reconnect. They may not be close friends, but they could talk and feel like one, that is a skill to learn.... I shall think more about this.

After this, met nigel and we 3 had some talk with substance. It is fun to talk about things... and the conclusion is that I am actually glad that in my life, I had quite a few good friends around me, that actually I had a great life, thanks to family and relatives, loners, cheapos, odac west, and poly friends... The topics on friends and bgr would always take a long time.. and we may never come to a conclusion, but I find it interesting to pit our views about it and it all seemed to be one intellectual conversation. I simply like conversations with substance, with all beliefs and philosophies and it is interesting in how different people think and how we could all learn from one another.

Sometimes, I wonder who in the class would I keep in contact with after graduating...
